In a late announcement Saturday night, one of the St. Louis area’s longest-serving head football coaches said he will be stepping down at season’s end.
Bob Bunton has been a fixture on the Parkway North football sidelines for almost forty years, and has also been a member of the Vikings baseball coaching staff.
The announcement does not specify a reason for the decision to step away.
The Vikings are 0-2 to start the season, but feature Division I talent on both sides of the ball in Safety Jalani Williams and Receiver C.J. Boone.
